SCHENK CONSULTING is active in investment management, i.e. in the three fields of real estate investment management, project investment and looking for company shareholding. We can resort to an international network of competent partners with which we cooperate in these fields.

We offer the real estate investors for their real estate transactions an extensive real estate investment management. Based on the investors’ investment strategies and purchase criteria, we acquire real estates of the desired investment structure, perform the purchase and valuation process and attend the real estate stock by asset management service.

On behalf of the investors, we perform the investment master controlling measures to implement the project investments.

We look for opportunities of company shareholding and perform such property transactions jointly with renowned auditing companies.

A co-operation with the investors should be characterized by a trustful relationship. Depending on the extent and complexity of the order, we include experts experienced in the investment and real estate management branch.

Real estate investment management

When implementing the extensive real estate investment management, we offer three partial stages which can also be  individually selected by the investors and for which we render the relevant services.

Acquisition stage

• acquisition of suitable real estates through various networks in accordance with the investors’ investment strategies and purchase criteria
• securing the property availability on a legal basis

Valuation and purchase stage

• implementation of an extensive due diligence procedure with regard to the real estate according to international standards (market, legal, tax, technical, environmental and financial due diligence)
• taking over the property

Attendance stage

• attendance of the acquired real estate stock by facility and property management of renowned real estate management companies
• attendance of the real estate stock by asset management service, i.e. value-oriented, strategic portfolio control

Project investment

• On behalf of the investors, we perform the investment master controlling measures for the project investment activities
• Investment in projects being developed and eligible for investment

We look for opportunities to acquire companies and to hold shares in companies in cooperation with renowned auditing companies.
